Jai Jai ShriGokulesh,

this is a beautiful Pad written by ShriMahaprabhuji. Which entails us the whole charitra of ShriGokulesh. How is ShriGokulesh? IS madhur, eys are madhur, his ears are madhur, etc. The whole of ShriGokulesh is Madhur-Sweet.

Vaishnavas this is a very very beautiful pad, which cannot be given the laukik approach. As it is fully alaukik.

First of all let me congratulate Gopalbhai. His household is rejoicing a new born baby who has been named Maitri. A lovely name. Well done Gopalbhai.

This pada was first recited when Shree Mahaprabhuji was visited by Shree Gokulchandramaji (A form of Shree Krishna). The reason Shree Gokulchandramaji visited Shree Vallabh, was to ease Shree Vallabhs anxiety over the thinking of how He (Shree Vallabh) will initiate Jivatma (soul) into Pushtimarg. This thoughts became intense and fusillade, that Aapshree could not sleep that night. So during His fusion into this thoughts, Shree Gokulchandramaji appeared.

When Shree Vallabh did darshan of Shree Gokulchandramaji, He (Shree Vallabh) could not futurologise the vibrant beauty of this form. After initial welcoming ceremony, Shree Vallabh sang this imortal pada which in its true form describes the divine beauty of Shree Gokulchandramaji. So Shree Vallbh really idealize perfect form of Shree Gokulchandramaji in Madhurastakam.

Not only this lovely pada was bourne at that night, but a most important mantra also illuminated by Shree Gokulchandramaji which was a blessing for Pushtimargiya Vaishnavs.

Gopalbhai, let me first congratulate you on the new born baby and welcome at krishnaseva.com. It is nice to see familiar faces in the satsang Tibari. Myself and Pushtidasji we both love it.
I hope we all indulge in Krishnaseva and His divine service.

Thanks for such a nice input by Pushtidasji and Gopalbhai this pad is really a very nice one a gem in kirtans am I correct?

Now can some vaishnav clarify or confirm whether this was the first one Shri Mahaprabhuji sang in front of Goverdhandhari? our beloved Shri Nathji?

The quote / pad ''adharam madhuram'' was recited by mahaprabhuji when he saw shrinathji for the first time pragatya from govardhan parvat. Shreeji were so mesmerised by the lords beauty that he went running towards the almighty singing this song and they both hugged for the first time. This event is also known as ''pratham milan''.

Thank you sir... If you happen to visit shrinathji (nathdwara).. There is a lovely place called ''vallabh ashram'' abt couple of kms from the temple. There the maharaj cum manager cum guide bhai will explain you everything abt the govardhanparvat and pratham milan..
