Balkeli-ras : Childhood play
Mahamugdh : Which cannot be described / Amazing.
Jo sabhin ke man bhave : That which everyone loves.
"Rasik-Pritam" : Love full of nectar.
Sumrit nisivasar : Hearing everyday
Gavat ati sukh pave : By singing feels very Happy.

I know i'm wrong but can't help it. So please correct me.

Thanks for trying that was good effort made by you both.

Bal = child ; keli=play but here we are refering to Shri Thakurji so all His play is a leela so it will be = child leela's
ras mahamugdh = play innocently
Jo Sabhin = to everybody or everyone
ke man bhave = source of joy, happiness.
Rasik is a chap of the poet who sang this kirtan and Unnatiji Rasik chap is of no other then Shri Hariraiji.(author of Shikshapatra)
sumrit nisivasar = Just by recalling (remembering Shri Thakurji's Leela's)
gavat= singing
ate sukh pave = experience joy (happiness)

Here is the translation

Shri Hariraiji (Rasik Pritam) says, These child leela's which Shri Krishna performed, were a source of joy to everyone.
( He play acts as if He is utterly innocent)
Just by recalling and singing His glories, we experience joy.

That curd which even Bhrama expects.
That is been served by female cowherds.
