Jai Shri krishna,
That was nice Jagdishbhai.
My, my where is rest of toofani group ?????
Sun Jasumati ik bat sutanki,
Jhuthe hi dhamke kam angoti
Sun = to listen, Jasumati = mother Yashoda, sutanki = children etc
In story form
Both brothers, Balram and Krishna, are asking for breakfast from their mother early morning (not beans and bread Palnaji but)
"Mother give me curd and roti - or - butter and roti".
Although Yashodama had heard them, She pretended that she had not. She continued with her house work, to put up an act of pretense.
(So that she could see both the children upset. It is indeed fun to watch children getting irritated right !! Ha Ha ) _________________ Sunita Punjabi

Jai Shri Krishna,
Lets continue,
Balbhadra gahyo nasako moti,
--------------------------Kanhakunvar gahi drudh kar choti,
Mano hans-mor bhakh line,
--------------------------kaha barnau upama mati choti. (2)
(I know it is hard, but even I will just try it later ok. It looks like an excellent Lila darshans if one can visualise what Shri Surdasji is trying to say.) _________________ Sunita Punjabi

Jai Shri Krishna,
Sorry Manishbhai, cannot help you as I do not know that kirtan.
Was expecting someone to help you out here but seems it is a difficult one.
Now back to my kirtan thanks for trying Unnatiji, we know you are presently hiding in Champaran dham so please do darshans on all our behalf.
Balbhadra gahyo nasako moti,
--------------------------Kanhakunvar gahi drudh kar choti,
Mano hans-mor bhakh line,
--------------------------kaha barnau upama mati choti. (2)
story form
Balram is fair-fair like a swan picking pearls. Krishna is dark like a peacock. A peacock eats snakes. Balram caught the pearls exactly like a swan pichs (catches) or holds pearls. While Krishna caught the braid, exactly the way peacock catches the snake.
(This is the rare darshans one can get and with my limited capabilities cannot describe this in details about the depth of the scene that took place.) _________________ Sunita Punjabi

Jai Shri Krishna,
a simple attempt in translation, hope it is ok.
Jivan jo ayse bani ave I
- if life was to become like this
Shree Vallabh Shree Vithalaprabhu ki saranagati jo pave II
- if one was to take shelter of Shree Vallabh and Shri Vitthal Prabhu.
Dvadasa tilak saheeta shatamudra tulsi kantha dharave I
- adorn one's body with the 12 Tilaks (the vaishnav tilaks in 12 different parts of the body) and the tulasi mala around the neck
Prem saheeta Shree Nanda Nandana ke janma karma guna gave II
- with love/affection if one sings the divine qualities (name, fame, past times/leelas) of the beloved of Shri Nand Baba, Shri Thakorji
Shree Bhagvat amrat rasa tika aapne shravana sunave I
- having absorbed the nectar of the tika (Shri Subodhiniji) of Shree Bhagvat, one discuses/narrates these (amongst fellow vaishnavs)
Bhusana vasana vichitra bahuta rachi Prabhu ko lada ladave II
- pampers Prabhu with varieties of creations, such as garments, toys, foodstuff etc ?
Bhava saheeta samagree karike Hari ko bhog dharave I
- with divine sentiments, one prepares the samagree/foodstuff and offers to Hari
Prabhu ke bhaktana so heelameela kar yaha prashad jo pave II
- if then one offers the same (above bhog) to the devotees of Prabhu and takes this prasaad
Shree Gokul Goverdhan basa ke seva drudha mana lave I
- establishes with firm faith the seva of the one who resides in Gokul/Govardhan ?
Shayama Shyam bhavaki leela dhyan rahdayme lave II
- imbibes in the leela/sports of Shyama and Shyam within one's heart
Shree Yamunji so ati shneha kar mukh jalapan karave I
- with immense affection towards Shree Yamunaji, one drinks of her waters (or offers them to the vaishnavs?)
Rashik kahat paga bhandhi ghunghru apno anga nachave II
Rasik (Shri Hariraiji) is saying, having tied the ankle bells in the feet/leg one makes their body dance (one dances with the ankle bells tied to their feet)
- this is all i could manage, would welcome any further corrections and elaborations. _________________ Best Wishes

Jai Shri Krishna
Grateful if someone can please share and discuss the pad :
Dharma Hi te Paayo Yah Dhan.
The pad-kirtan describes how Jashodaji "obtained" Thakorji and how Narayan came "walking" from Vainkunth to Vraj for her. _________________ Best Wishes

Jai Shri Krishna,
Jagdishbhai we will need more clarification with explanation from you.
I came up up with some incidents in Shrimad bhagwad about Raja Janak
"Durlab yeha Manushai deha"
What he says is that, to be born as a human being in life one has to be very lucky compared to other species as with this body we can atleast serve and pray to God and one must do so without fail or your life is fully wasted.
Prahladji had explained same that one should begin Navda Bhakti at an early stage so one does not waste this life on being materialistic.
Shri Mahaprabhuji has also explained that one has to go thru 84 lakh yonis before getting this body so one must worship (seva and kirtans)Shri Thakurji and get out of this journey of being born again and again but join and be with Shri Thakurji in Nitya Lila forever.
In General "Dharma Hi te Paayo Yah Dhan" means
We have got this body to worship Shri Thakurji only because of our previous dharma? (pious karmas?)
But, in your statement you have refered to the kirtan which describes Shri Yashoda (Lord Krishna's mother) she was lucky to have Shri Krishna as his son because she had done a lot of Bhakti to achieve Him as his son otherwise it would have been impossible. _________________ Vasant Punjabi.
