So exciting when you think about Thakorji playing holi with the gopi's in Vraj. Could a vaishnav elaborate on how Holi was played and the bhav behind it?

Holi and Dhuleti's vadhai to all vaishnavs and have colourful games with your shreeji nij swaroop. Have lots of bhava prada utsava and anand.

Holi Vadhai to all Vallabhi Vaishnavs

Palnaji here is one of the stories connected to Holi

Why hOli is celebrated? Laughing

One of the reason for celebration of Holi is that Holika, the demoness
sent by Hiranyakashyapu, was killed on the day. And people celebrate
the victory of Pure devotee Prahlaada Maharaja (a Mahaajana).

Holika had a boon that she could not be burnt by fire and Prahalaada
was asked to sit on the lap of Holika while she was set to fire. But
by the causeless mercy of Krishna Holika was burnt but Prahlaada
Maharaja escaped without any trace of injury.

Hence in some parts of India people also burn the effigy of Holika to
celebrate the victory of Prahalaada Maharaja.
