Lord Krishna is also know as Ranchhodraiji... and has a beautiful temple at Dakor on the banks of river Gomti.
Lord had run away from the battlefield, when he was on a war with Jarasand, so he started shouting... "Ranchhod Ranchhod"..
Dakor is also a place where Mahaprabhuji did a Geeta path for 3 days at the river bank. |

Jai Shri Krishna
Many Thanks - this is quite interesting because one doesn't usually hear about Geeta paths being conducted by Shri Mahaprabhuji _________________ Best Wishes

Did u know that there is a neem tree near dakor dhaam where shreeji.. shree ranchhodraiji rested when he was traveling from dwarka to dakor along with modasaji.. a very famous Krishna bhakt.
When the lord of universe nij jan sukhdayak param kripamurti akhilbhupati Sri Dwarkadhees bhagwan decided to move from Dwarka puri ji to sri Dakor Dhaam he rested the Bullock card under a Neem tree near Dakor Dhaam and handed it over to baba sri, modasaji to take it further to the pond and dip him in it. The tree branchunder which Shri thakorji rested shows a MIRACLE.
The leaves of the branch where the cart first stopped are sweet in taste irrespective of the basicĀ bitter nature of neem. When you will have these leaves you will feel that they are bitter but still they taste sweet.
I have been to dakor n number of times but yet to visit this place. If any vaishnavcharan goes to dakor Dhaam please visit and experience this miracle. |

Jai Jai ShriGokulesh
Being a Pushtimargiya Sevak-Vaishnav, do we require to devote ourselves to the Maryadamargiya Deities???? _________________ Jai Jai ShriGokulesh Parivaar,

Jai Shri Krishna/Jai Jai Shri Gokulesh,
Thank you Gopalbhai for raising such an important point.
252 Vaishnav vartas (i think nagjibhai's prasang and other prasangs), where gusaiji visits ranchorji's temple and the bhaav prakash clearly says that if a vaishnav is to visit any holy place, they should do only with shri mahaprabhuji's sambandh (because aapshri visited there), not because we desire to visit there by our own will - otherwise it is anyashray. _________________ Best Wishes

Ddwitryakumar ShriGovindraijis grand son and ShriKalyanraijis aatmaj ShriHariray Charan has done Paath Birajmaan ceremony at Dakor of ShriRanchhodraiji
ShriHariray Charans Bethakji is there at Dakor. But the owners did cheating and just writes that its Bethakji of ShriMahaprabhuji
Think on such grounds also. _________________ Jai Jai ShriGokulesh Parivaar,
