that was published by the Goswami Balaks from Surat Haveli in the past.

This book contains the perfect answers to all the queries of Do's and Dont's for a vaishnav.
So,anybody knows how to get this book ??

it may be best to approach the surat haveli directly and ask them for bookshops that will sell these books.

"Seva dev dravyadi vimarsh tatha Seva dev dravyadi vimarsh sar sangrah" is by Shri Vrajratnalalji Maharajshri, Surat...

You may also be interested in other books such as those by Shri Hari Raiji Maharajshri, Jamnagar...

"krishna aiv tatparyam" by shree shyam manohar goswami of parla,.

all are quoting the same lines by purva acharyas, but with the author's own understanding/views & meanings...

so to get an overall non-biased understanding, it would be better refer to all of them and give more emphasis to the views of prachin Goswami balaks...but ultimately one should refer to one's own guru ghar.

Actually i am trying to find the answer to one query that i feel is very important.

What is Dev Dravya in the real sense??
Shri Mahaprabhuji's Agya is as follows::

"જે કટોરી ગિરવી મૂકીને સામગ્રી આવી તેનો તો ભોગ શ્રી ઠાકોરજી પોતાના જ દ્રવ્ય નો આરોગયા ,તેથી તે ભોગ તો આપનોજ થયો. જે શ્રી ઠાકોરજી નું દેવ દ્રવ્ય ખાસે તે મારો પુષ્ટિમાર્ગીય નહીં થાય અને મારો સેવક હસે તે દેવ દ્રવ્ય ક્યારેય નહીં ખાય .જે દેવ દ્રવ્ય નો પ્રસાદ ખાસે તે મહા પતિત થસે.તેથી તે દેવ દ્રવ્ય ના પ્રસાદ માથી ભોજન કરવાનો આપણો અધિકાર ન હતો તેથી તે ગાયો ને ખવડાવ્યો અને યમુનાજી માં પધરાવ્યો."

It means that we should never ever eat dev dravya.
And yes one more important question...

The Prasad that we take from havelis can also be considered dev dravya or not??

The following is per my limited understanding, please feel free to clarify/elaborate.

if we look at it in simple terms, the quote you give of Shri Mahaprabhuji's agya.

The prasang was where:
1) one should perform seva with one's own dravya

2) in this prasang shri mahaprabhuji had to use shri thakorji's dravya (his katori was left at money lenders) so then the samagri/prasadi became dev dravya

- so technically anything (money or other things) we have committed for thakorji's use is dev dravya (or guru dravya)
